When placing an order on the website, the customer must choose the delivery method and the delivery location.
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive it within 3 to 5 business days for France and Europe and up to 10 business days for the rest of the world.
FRANCE
Free delivery is offered only for Metropolitan France.

Delivery charges apply to all of the following overseas territories: Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy.

For overseas territories not named here, you must refer to the "World" delivery charge conditions below.
EUROPE (excluding mainland France)
Delivery charges apply to all countries within the European Union.

WORLD (excluding Europe)
Delivery charges apply to all countries in the rest of the world.

As part of exercising your right of withdrawal, if your glasses do not suit you, you can return them to us for an exchange or a refund, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order.
They must be returned in their packaging (i.e. with box, case, microfiber, soap), in their original condition, new, unworn.
FRANCE
Returns for exchange or refund are free.
In both cases, a return or exchange request must be made by email beforehand. The package must be returned with the return slip provided by AUDE HEROUARD.
EUROPE
Return shipping costs, whether for exchange or refund, are your responsibility. (i.e., the price paid for shipping, which will be directly deducted from the refund ). This does not apply to orders that have already arrived damaged.
A request for return or exchange must be made by email beforehand. The package must be returned with the return slip provided by AUDE HEROUARD.
THE WORLD
